At Beata Hair, we aim to provide our customers with effortless and hassle-free shopping experiences. However, there are a few things to keep in mind regarding PO Box and military bases, customs and taxes, sign for delivery, and tracking numbers.

Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses such as APO and FPO. It is essential to leave a physical address for your order to ensure timely delivery.

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes that are levied on the parcel's arrival in your country. Beata Hair is not responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding custom policies.

We strongly recommend our customers sign for delivery to ensure the secure delivery of their orders. While we ship to the address specified during the order process, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels when customers authorize their parcels to be left in front of the door, courtyard, or other areas.
